University Village Townhome Apartments

In my personal experience, University Village has been a wonderful place to live. I share a 2 bed 2 bath with my partner, and we haven’t come across any major issues. As far as the layout goes, It’s spacious enough for us and multiple pets. I’m currently renting an unfurnished unit and despite that, they still provide you with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryer! When it comes to the staff, they have always been very friendly and respond in a timely manner. They also aren’t breathing down your neck as long as you’re following the property rules, which they clearly define and remind tenants of! One of the best things in my opinion is that they are pet friendly, which can be hard to find. However, they do charge a fee for pets unless your pets are ESA animals. Mine are,

I’ve lived here for several years now and haven’t had any issues. They care about their residents and listen to them, the fact that they installed security cameras proves that. They’re priced well, the units are very nice, and being townhouse style is great. Highly recommend living here!

I have lived at UV going on three years and I love this apartment complex so much. The maintenance and the management staff are very responsive! Although the apartments are a little outdated due to them being created many years ago, the staff has done a great job with keeping the apartments clean and prepared for incoming new residents. The back patios are a highlight of the apartment, as well as the pet policy. I have loved living at University Village!

UV is a great place to live! I’ve lived here for almost three years now and have had the best experience. The apartment manager and current staff members are some of the best people I know. I highly recommend checking this place out. You won’t find a better setup with as many amenities in all of Carbondale.

I’ve only lived at UV since the beginning of the fall semester, but it’s been a great experience. Feels like home, the staff are all amazing and friendly, and there are so many amenities offered. It is a wonderful place to live!
