Top Tier and the Heggemeiers have managed my rentals in Carbondale for 5 years now. They are quick to fill vacant units at market prices and they are quick and proactive in the upkeep and management of the property. At least a couple months ago, I unexpectedly had my property transition to Top Tier Property Management. So far, all of my encounters have been pleasant. The owner, Brian, has been quite helpful in any maintenance or property repairs. The management company respond to my emails in a timely manner and are respectful. They have helped my transition from one rental agency to another go rather smoothly, especially with any maintenance. Thank you!

This property has to be one of the best properties I’ve rented through ! The people in the office customer service is great, they are understanding and willing to work with you if need be. The property maintenance is well kept , any issues you have they come fix it within a reasonable time frame. Highly suggest this property. I had a great experience with them.

I've never worked with a better property manager anywhere. We have invested in several properties in different cities and states and I wish I had Top Tier in every location. Amazing company and everyone is great to work with. Never had an issue and would recommend to anyone in Southern Illinois!
