S.I. Property Management

My initial experience with this company was great. I filled out an application, and set a veiwing for a home i really had my heart set on. Someone ended up signing the lease and paying the money the day of my viewing. I was disappointed to say the least. Trez then told me he would refund my application fee ($50) for the inconvenience. At this point im extremely impressed and I save the contact info for future rental needs. A week or so later he message about another home after I had already signed a lease, I haven't gotten a refund at this point, so I followed up asking about the refund, and got nothing. No refund no response, that alone tells me that this company has no integrity. Looks like i dodges a bullet!!

I moved in this weekend and have had such a pleasant experience working with Trez from S.I. Property Management. The apartment was clean and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend!

I rented from S.I Property before, and really appreciate the consideration they had then and now. I can really count on them to have a nice affordable option every time. Once again, I'm highly satisfied with this rental, and my family as well. I appreciate this place when the city of Carbondale is going down hill with housing options.

First time renter and Trez was amazing and helped the process go as smooth as possible. I absolutely love the home I am renting and has truly felt like a home! Had one maintenance issue last year and used their online portal and they had a professional out the next day and solved the issue with minimal stress! Got back with me fast for lease renewal and easily reachable by text as well! I could not say one issue with this renting management company or the home I have been renting. As this being my first time moving out and adjusting to adult life in college, I could not dream of a better house to rent

They are a bunch of slumlords. They own 2 properties right next to each other and all the tenants say how crap they are. Always raising the rent but dont do anything to justify the raise. Repairs, if any, take months and they use shady handyman that wreck your place more and dont repair the damage. Then when you try to contact them about it they blame you for it. They tell you it was fixed, yeah a quick fix with duck tape... This is really sketchy behavior from a management company. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Beware!
