The office staff is super friendly and if you have anything that needs to be fixed the maintenance is on it right away. Fastest response time for repairs I have ever seen. This is a bigger property so they are always busy but hands down one of the best office/maintenance staff I have ever dealt with, and we have lived all across this country. Def. Would recommend to others. Thank you guys for being so welcoming!

They are just the best!! I have been living here for about a year now and I must say..they are always there to help and be supportive. I couldn’t ask for better landlords! You will not regret living here!

Just an awesome place to live I've been here 4 yrs or very close to it. It's been a safe place for me and my kids. Maintenance always comes or gives you a time they will. Brian has done an awesome job as management here. He has also picked such an awesome staff. I really like the layout of my apartment. Yall a blessing for me and mine.

Update: on year two, still everything here is top notch! Ac had issues and the repair time from notification to solution was less than two hours! If I could I'd rate 10 stars to this place! Moved here two months back. That "DOPE" comment is about how illinois legalized pot, disregard that. Zero homeless camping out zero crime. The apartments are so well built I don't hear my neighbors until I go outside (can only build a door so well). Wooded with a trillion and Brian, our manager will have his guys or himself tend to anything you need. Greatest place I've ever had the privilege to live. Lady in the office is gold, she just the best. I absolutely love it here!

I would love to give this place 4-5 stars but there is a HUGE Cockroach problem in the apartments. It is a complete infestation on an unlivable scale. Pest control comes every few weeks or so and sprays and lays down traps but there are literally hundreds of them and they are nested in the walls and will nest in your furniture. There’s absolutely nothing that can be fully done as it has been infested for months now even with “treatment” running as they always do. I have so many pictures of piles of roaches everyday it seems there is no end. I highly advise anyone looking to stay here to look elsewhere until they fix the roach problem.
