The maintenance guys here have been prompt, courteous, efficient, professional yet friendly. As a retired senior citizen I appreciate them being so accommodating and reassuring. I was in a delima recently and a new bed was delivered to the office and was too heavy for me to carry to my apartment. One of the guys, used their 2 wheel dolly and brought the heavy box to my apartment. Ground floor units can be noisy at all hours if you happen to get someone above you who's not working or going to college classes. Drawers being pulled in and out upstairs often can be heard loudly. If your lucky, your upstairs neighbor just won't be around much when you're home. Pest control services every unit once a month. He is always friendly, professional, and respectful, and he takes the time to explain what he is doing in a way that is easy to understand. No matter how big or small the issue, he approaches every task with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help. His knowledge and skills are exceptional. He diagnoses problems quickly, offers practical solutions, and completes repairs efficiently and thoroughly. My studio home is better maintained and more comfortable because of his hard work and attention to detail. did not give me my deposit back after moving out and stopped responding to my calls and emails when I asked them about it. They also never sent me a bill on why I did not get my deposit back.

Best landlords and maintenance I've had, even better than more expensive places I've rented. They are very kind and helpful and they have maintenance respond to a request quickly and they are very nice as well and will help with other issues if they notice them! Great place and people to rent from 10/10
