This is my 5th year in MVP property. Manager is caring, maintenance is rapid and topnotch. They even shoveled our subdivision out during last year's big snowstorm. Highly recommended!

The manager is okay! The person who is not is Christie! She turned down a lot of maintenance request I sent in! It took me almost 5 years and several pictures of the pile of ants on my kitchen floor! The windows have holes in them, Christie kept telling me that I had ants due to clutter! She also hired the maintenance men and they never sprayed the whole apartment! The maintenance that they did was always substandard and she should have never been there to hire maintenance men without experience! I am suing her and the blond headed maintenance man personally! I am being evicted because of Christie! They will not tell me why they said I signed a contract but I did not sign with my legal name! That contract is broken! Kristy, the landlord, is absolutely wonderful. I was so anxious about moving to a new place especially because of all of the horror stories about apartments and landlords. I couldn’t have had a better experience. The apartments are affordable and nice and clean. The maintenance workers are quick, nice, and always fixed the issue in a timely manner. Kristy always maintained a level of professionalism, compassion, and transparency. She always answered my many questions and tried her absolute best to meet all of my needs. I will always recommend MVP and Kristy.

Our entire apartment selection process was great from the start. The leasing agent worked with us over the phone to provide detail details and a video tour when we could not inspect the apartment in person. Kristy was very accommodating in working with us to get a good move-in date as well. Very happy with the experience!

Best rental experience I've had thus far. Management and maintenance never let us down. 10/10, would recommend.
