⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve lived in three apartments within University Gardens, and my experience has always been amazing! 💕 A huge thank you to Karen, who has been so kind and attentive. She took her time to help me through the entire process and made sure I got an apartment that truly fits my needs. I’m very grateful for her help and patience! 🙏 I also want to mention Oscar, the community manager. He’s always making sure everything runs smoothly and that residents are happy. Maintenance is quick, the community is clean and peaceful, and the atmosphere feels great. 🌿 If you get the chance to live here, go for it! 🏡 And be sure to ask for Karen or Oscar — they’ll make you feel comfortable and welcome from day one. 💫

I've been living here for about 6 years and haven't wanted to move anywhere else since. Friendly neighborhood awesome maintenance team and a wonderful leasing staff whom make sure all my needs and accommodations are meet. Close to the markets, food places all around. Metro isn't far either Hyattsville crossing, Fort Totten and West Hyattsville pretty quick to get to for those who commute to work by public transportation. Highly recommended

I had the one stop experience with Gustavo who's customer service was above AWESOME . I have been living here for quite some time and all I can say is if I had to do it again I would definitely choose University Gardens as a place to live because they are family oriented and they make you feel at home. AWESOME place to LIVE

This is my 6 years leaving here in the beginning i was complaining about a big noise upstairs caming from my neighbors and nothing has been done about it but since mathiew take over the office he resolves every single problem I have in my apartment and oscar also a big help in any situation.they have 24/7 maintenance and the came for everything we need. Am having a great experience. I said thank you to all the team Specifically mathiew and oscar.
