Quebec Arms Apartments

Really bad, office never sends maintenance to fix leak in my bathroom ceiling, bathroom floor is coming out due to all the flooding from top neighbor. I have call at least 4 times per week to complaint about my top neighbor flooding their tub now my ceiling collapse. Not happy at all

The lock on the apt door is always jammed or won’t lock and the top lock gets jammed as well we called numerous times spoke with Kevin said he write a ticket no one never came. One time got locked out because door was jammed no one ever came had to climb in back window, parking is ridiculous if you are a couple they only give u one pass if u have two vehicles there’s no street parking and everything is front parking which is not helpful when some of us like to leave our parking spots without putting our cars in reverse out main concern is the locks on the door they said they make a ticket instead of lying to us they should put us on hold to contact maintenance and have someone restore new locks asap I will be making a claim with the supervisor today this is unacceptable

Worst apartment to live in you won't be able to sleep once you get home from work it's like a football field at your apartment windows both kids and adult will be kicking ball on your window and no matter how you report it nothing change..at night you will have people playing loud music in the apartment ..not to mention rats and roaches..roaches will be crawling everywhere ..once you need rest after a long day this is not the place to rent..worst plac3 ever I'll upload photos for proof.

I have lived in the apartment complex for over 11+ years,I am an African american (majority of the community is Spanish and I have always felt welcome in this area(never had no negative incident with the community or staff (my daughter found her best friend(they were 4 now they almost 16 living in this area(staff and maintenance are very very polite and friendly)my biggest compliment is the parking in the area,parking is a headache and not the best ,but apart from this the community is great for families

It’s a clean apartment complex but not pet friendly, parking space is TERRIBLE. You have to park in the street if you don’t have a parking permit and if you get home after 5pm then good luck finding parking unless you want a parking ticket. The management staff (for the expectation of the cleaning crew and repair crew which are friendly ) are soo moody.
