This is an apartment in the 3rd level the roof has a leak and they don’t care about doing this repairs. A baby is on the way for this family and this is the place they will have to bring him too. The family has been to the office and they said well no one forces you to live here.
Do not move here, I repeat do not move here. You are better off being homeless than living here. They do no repairs. The residents are dirty and shady. The leasing office does not care about you or your concerns just your rent money. If you have a problem you have to report it 59 times before they "patch" it up
The staff here are wonderful especially the manager and there has been a lot of positive changes in the apartment
I’ve been living here for a while now & I love it , Ms.Palmer was very helpful and she’s such A nice lady
I just move here and Í am pleased with my apartment and the services that Í am getting from the Office. Thanks Ingris Palmer
