Great place to live! I love my apartment and living there. The residents’ office works great with residents, especially Alba, who is a major reason why I renewed. The only complaint I have is downstairs neighbors who hit my floor or use an upstairs noise maker for when I even do simple things like washing dishes, eating at my kitchen table, or watching television. The downstairs neighbors are 2208 #106 please look into this… I personally am fine with their and neighbors’s noise because thats life and apartment living, especially when the 3rd floor is not reinforced, so people living their lives is ok to me! The downstairs neighbors harassing me is not ok though!

Let me first start off by saying I signed a lease for an apartment and they gave my apartment away to someone else and sold me this new apartment where I reside now. From the minute I moved in this apartment had roaches, they'll tell you the exterminator comes every week thats a lie. I put in three maintenance request alone for roaches and I never seen the exterminator again since I first moved in. I have three mouses come in my apartment and the exterminator proceeded to throw them in my trash can. I had to call corporate over 4 times because every single time I go to the resident services off there unable to do what I request, but after a call to corporate now their able to help. These reviews aren't lying, just live somewhere else. This is literally the worse apartment I've lived in.

Nathalie is a true professional who consistently went above and beyond to help me throughout the leasing process. She was always nice, polite, and super smart—she answered all my questions and never got annoyed. She honestly cared and made everything way easier. This is a very nice apartment complex in Prince Georges Co. My daughter lived there 7 years and had no problems living there! Maintenance crew was always very polite and provided good work every time they were needed!
