Daniel's Run Apartments

Living in this apartment has been excellent. The apartments are very good with fireplaces and balconies. The garage parking is also convenient. Perfect blend of comfort and convenience in hyattsville area.

I am new here and the The management is super welconing and hospital. I feel like home away from home. They approaved me within 24hrs. Ayend has been excellent and and I wish the management can give him some raise. He is so professional and respectful. His hospital reception pushed me to sign up with a 2dn though. I look forward to enjoy my stay @ Daniel's Run.

I have had a really terrible experience trying to rent here. I'm a PhD research scientist starting a new full time job in late January. I toured a 2 bedroom unit in December and was excited to rent it. I was told by the management I could apply that week and the unit would be mine. I was also explicitly told by management that the offer letter for my new job would be sufficient to demonstrate income (as a note, my income is far above the minimum required to rent the unit, and I also have excellent credit and a flawless renting history). I submitted all the required materials and my application fee within a day. I lived here for just under 2 years with my wife and daughter. I think the complex is well maintained, and the maintenance requests were always incredibly prompt and professional. The neighborhood is loud and not family friendly in most cases. The closest grocery store is not great either, and everything decent is at least 15-20 minutes away. Over the course of my stay we had 4 packages stolen and my car was rummaged through. The parking is abysmal, it is often closed off due to construction. Due to the size of the property, there is just never enough of it. The amenities and the apartment do not justify the price.
