Delano Apartments

Immaculately maintained building with a wonderful staff (Giovi is perfect at her job). Parties/dinners once a season. Occasional small bug with the changing of the seasons but really not an issue (certainly no cockroaches or rats). Residents are quiet, friendly, and mostly keep to themselves. Expensive for the area, but you do get what you pay for!

I have been living here for 7 years now. I don’t want to leave here but I got my own house. The Building is beautiful and well maintained. I never see any bugs in my room. The management (Giovy and staff are very professional. Communal areas are clean with the exception of the corridors and parking garage. Nice gym, nice views, great location. I am happy here. This one is one of the very best overall.

I had a great experience living in this apartment. The building is well-maintained and quiet, and the management was always responsive and professional. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and peaceful place to live. Giovy & staff are phenomenal! They made The Delano a great home while I was living here for 2 years as a student. I always felt safe & heard as a resident. Most maintenance requests were handled same day, or first thing in the morning if I submitted one after hours. The building was always well-maintained. Having a private balcony and in-unit washer/dryer were my favorite amenities. The Delano is right off the interstate, so getting in/out of the complex can take a few minutes during rush hour. But I think it’s well worth the convenience, especially as a commuter.
