Heritage Park Apartments

I want to share my experience from a couple of days ago I visited this complex, and Nicole was extremely friendly and sweet she was the only person in the office and clearly very busy, yet she still made the effort to be polite, welcoming, and kind to everyone , all while helping others. Today, I visited a nearby complex, Avery Parks because I am in the hunt of apartment and the experience was completely different It had multiple people in the office, yet no one was as polite or welcoming as was here it really reminded me how much this place stood out honestly , if this complex weren’t pricy and utilities , I would definitely rent here. It also reminded me that you never know what someone else is going through, and kindness truly makes a difference.

Neglect neglect neglect!!! Mice, roaches, and old windows oh and moldy apts. Pl don’t write an ambiguous response. The mold was never fixed. So don’t write, please reach out to us. They came to see the mold and did nothing about it! American building with a third world attitude.

The apartment is nice but few things have not been completed as today, 3rd February. The front front door needs to be painted but it's not yet done. The balcony floor needs to be painted, and it's not done. The hot water in the bathtop is not working. I have reported several times but nothing has been done. That's my big dissapointment about this apartment since I moved in on the the 10th of January. Thank you in advance for treating these issues seriously.

Ashley Bonilla is kind and the most sweetest lady I’ve met in a long time since my brother lived here, she is the reason why I come back. nice customer service. She gives attention and listen carefully to the guest and is very respectful. She explains everything I ask for.
