The Gallery Apartments

We’ve had a wonderful experience with this apartment complex. My gf and I recently moved in, and the unit is great clean, comfortable, and nicely laid out and i love my kitchen. There are a few small things that need attention, but that’s to be expected anywhere. The staff truly make the difference here: they are incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive. Communication has been excellent, and everyone has been a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend speaking with Luisa or Jose or Yansey. They really know how to make you feel welcomed.

(If I could give zero stars, I would.) One star is too generous for what my family and I have endured living here. I’ve submitted repeated maintenance requests, followed all prep instructions for pest treatments, rearranged my entire life to accommodate their scheduling only to be completely ghosted on the day of a scheduled roach cleanout. No entry, no communication, no explanation. Just bugs. Everywhere. After multiple escalations, including certified letters, legal documentation, and even proof from my security cameras showing no one ever came, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I was left with no choice but to bomb my own unit. I’ve had to temporarily relocate my daughter, myself, and our pet due to the level of infestation. That’s not just inconvenient, it’s inhumane. This place is filthy, and management is almost impossible to reach. From day one, there have been mice and roaches in the apartment. Maintenance issues go ignored until you’re forced to take legal action. The only time they suddenly care is when you file an escrow case. Escrow is supposed to protect tenants, but in reality it just gives the landlord time to “show” they’re working. Anything that happened before the escrow doesn’t matter to the court. As long as they do the bare minimum after escrow is filed, the case gets dismissed. So no matter what you’ve already been through, the system ends up working in the landlord’s favor. Don’t expect real accountability here.

Please, you need to put security on the property. There's a lot of vandalism and drug addicts, and the building doors are unsafe. My door has been knocked on more than five times by strangers with drugs and other issues, people who aren't from the neighborhood.

I love the apartment so far. The leasing staff is so helpful. The process was very smooth and quick. I got all the help I needed with understand what was needed of me and I was always kept in the loop about my next steps. ^^^^^^^^ This was 9 months ago. Since then I've had my ceiling cave in from the roof leaking and my property damaged ( no reimbursement), Im pest control mice bugs and sewage flies, and my rights to take out my own trash is gone since they removed the dumpsters and insisted everyone rely on valet trash services that don't pick up when scheduled or don't take boxes.. Instead of valet trash pick up why not invest in fixing the parks or some of the older apartments.
