Don't bother calling them unless you want to fully apply blindly up front. The issue that I have with this is they don't want to discuss any costs, which vary widely bank to bank, up front. They fail the "world's greatest bank" claim miserably on this front. They claim that I am wasting their time if I don't just apply. I told them I would be really wasting their time and my time if their costs are higher than another bank, so why not just be up front about the general static costs. I can then make an intelligent decision. My decision today was to go elsewhere and I recommend others do as well.

Angela Guyot and Tracy Haugh are so great! This process has been super easy with them. I've had every question I could possibly think of answered in great detail, since this is a terrifying commitment it is really wonderful to get such service. The rates are great, the information is straight forward, couldn't have asked for a better team. Once you find someone this good you won't want to go anywhere else.

This bank is listed as having an ATM by Google but does not. Umpqua has fewer ATMs all the time and they are far apart leading to having to pay fees.
