Theres absolutely no parking anywhere. You have to literally walk a 1/4 mile away to park anywhere and I’m not exaggerating. They just recently took away the only available parking for free behind the building and converted them into paid spots. Their parking spot fee is $200. Management can’t get anything done in a timely matter. It’s almost been two weeks since my washer has stopped working and is still not fixed. Not to mention, this is a brand new complex so there shouldn’t be a bunch of maintenance to do. And the fact that they have a 4 star review is bogus. The only reason they have a 4 star review is because they incentive advised everyone to give them good reviews for a free tv. You will regret moving here just like many of the people I’ve talked around the complex . There are 10
Garage parking went up this year, from $140 to $190 monthly (up 35% percentage wise). I'm not sure if that alone can deter criminals. And it just happened that one of my bikes was stolen two weeks ago from the bike room despite the room being fob accessed. My lock was cut and AFAIK other tenant(s) also had theirs stolen. A note to future tenants: don't get the delusion that your belongings are safe in these access-controlled areas. (haven't heard of car breakins so far though) (This review is not incentivized) (original alert email, crime scene photo, and the stolen bike photo attached) Make: Trek Serial: WTU260JC1021S Color: Red - Gloss Radioactive Red / Nautical
We just moved a couple of months ago and I have to say, I've never lived in a multilevel building before and was really nervous about the move in process. Zahra and Kaylee were there every step of the way. From key fobs to security codes, they walked me through it all. The past 10 years at our last place never prepared me for feeling as safe and spoiled as I do now. I LOVE our new place. I really wish there were a suggestion box because there are a couple things that could be improved upon: • They desperately need a motion light aimed at the dog relief area on the roof. It's just really dark for those late night potty breaks after the roof lights on the patio area go out. • A printed "move in" FAQ guide for new tenants would have been a big help. I felt like I had so many questions and
I am not one to leave reviews. I generally keep to myself and understand that apartment living has its quirks. But the situation at Traxx has become intolerable, and I've hit my breaking point. I’ve been a resident here for a long time, and I've watched as management seems to change constantly, with each new team becoming more intrusive than the last. This year has been a non-stop parade of notices requiring entry into our units for "inspections." We've already had fire alarm tests, leak/damage checks, and window washing. Today, we received another notice. This time, they "must" enter our homes to clean the dryer vents. The notice gives a ridiculous, non-negotiable time window: Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This is completely unacceptable. It means that for four stra
If I could give zero stars, I would. The management at this complex — especially Cassandra — is unprofessional, dismissive, and completely careless. We’re now going on the fourth week of our so-called “secured” parking gate being broken, and several cars have already been broken into. Yet management continues to advertise this as “secured parking”, and definitely makes sure to take the $195 out of your account every month, though you are not getting what you are paying for. The entire complex constantly smells like weed, and instead of addressing real safety or cleanliness concerns, they’re focused on charging residents for what used to be free parking/ or putting out mandatory trash bins by your door that will increase your monthly payment. It’s incredibly frustrating to see this kind of
