Silver Oak Apartments

One of the nicest, most well-kept apartment complexes I’ve lived at so far. Location is great, not even a 5 minute drive from a grocery store, cafe and gas station and while it’s fairly close to I-5 you don’t experience the noise pollution. Commuting is made easy with the Mountlake Terrace and Lynnwood transit stations being close by. Any issues (which were few) I experienced while living there, Evelyn and maintenance took care of right away. Parking was never an issue as other residents are very respectful of the assigned parking spot system and additional parking on the street is abundant. The reason I am deducting a star is that my lease renewal increased rent an additional $150 on top of $2,100 a month! I can’t just suddenly start making an extra $150 dollars every paycheck. Im so sick of this apartment complex scheduling leaf blowers and construction crews to work on thier upkeep and maintenance right at 8 in the morning.

Evelyn is most amazing manager we have ever worked with. She will go to bat for whatever your request maybe. We highly recommend this place. The rates are very completive. Electric bills are not really bad at all. They have a new on site maintenance guy that is extremally knowledgeable and he gets to your request in a very timely manner. We really love living here. Great location and easy access to the freeways.

This is a nice place to live! Quiet neighbors (for the most part), well-kept grounds, a cool cabana house for tenants, and fairly affordable rent. The manager here is very kind, positive and quick to help with any issues you might have. The buildings are a little older and sometimes have moisture retention problems, but all in all I'm quite happy to rent here.

I’ve been a tenant at Silver Oak Apartments for 18 years and have found management and maintenance to be exceptionally accommodating and responsive. The property is well maintained with frequent upgrades and, for the most part, my neighbors are pleasant and considerate.
