We had a very poor experience attempting to secure a construction loan through this lender and would strongly caution anyone considering them for a time-sensitive or complex loan. The process was marked by repeated delays, last-minute requests, and ongoing communication failures on the bank’s side. Despite responding promptly to every request, the loan was ultimately derailed by issues that were entirely avoidable. A particularly concerning example was being informed one day before the scheduled closing of yet another requirement—despite this never being communicated over several prior months. While scrambling to meet this requirement, we discovered the appraisal was incorrect and did not reflect the full square footage of the home, requiring additional revisions and further delay. The

Bill was ready to have documentation written at the drop of a hat. Getting an offer in for the home I purchased was time sensitive required quickly pulling over in a grocery store parking lot and asking Bill to get a pre-qualification letter sent asap. I appreciated Bill's attentive service throughout the home buying process.
