I am very thrilled and pleased to be leasing with Terrace Station! The amenities and up to date features are wonderful. I especially love the kitchen in my 1x1! The complex has more storage space available than any other apartment I’ve seen in the Mountlake Terrace/Shoreline. However, the most rewarding experience of all was the customer service provided by Ivonne, Anna, Shirley, and all of the Terrace Station staff. Their knowledge, patience, willingness to work with clients, and friendly/warm attitudes made it easy for my partner and I to decide with them. We’re excited to move in soon! Thank you for making our apartment hunting experience less stressful and more rewarding!
I recently called to get some information about Terrace Station and was thoroughly impressed. The team was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout our conversation. From what I gathered, the community is impeccably clean, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. The website showcases some truly impressive amenities, and their Instagram highlights just how brilliantly they host resident events, which really speaks to the sense of community there. The location also sounds wonderfully quiet and remarkably convenient, particularly with the light rail just moments away, making travel into the city ever so straightforward.
I lived at Terrace Station for three years and recently moved out because I purchased a home. My experience from start to finish was nothing short of amazing. The housekeeping team keeps the common areas spotless, and the maintenance staff always has a quick turnaround on work orders. Of course, like any community, things naturally come up around the building, but the team does their best to address them in a timely manner. My move-out process was smooth, and my final statement was clearly communicated to me by Emilie, allowing me to leave on a positive note. Thank you, Terrace Station, for a wonderful experience!!
I recently toured Terrace Station as a walk-in and had such a positive experience. From the moment I stepped into the office, the team was welcoming and attentive. Anna, the Leasing Agent, and Shirley, the Sr. Leasing Manager, were both incredibly thorough, sympathetic, and understanding of my situation. They took the time to go over all of my options and answered every question I had without making me feel rushed. I really appreciated how patient and informative they were throughout the entire conversation. The community itself felt clean, modern, and well maintained, and it’s clear the team truly cares about creating a great experience for prospective residents. My previous review was 5 stars under the former management. Unfortunately, the new management has been extremely disappointing. We ultimately moved out because of how issues were handled. Since then, we have continued to receive ongoing and unexplained charges. Commitments made to us were not honored, and repeated emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. Billing has nearly tripled with no clear justification. There is a complete lack of transparency and accountability. Communication is consistently poor, and tenant concerns do not appear to be taken seriously. Please do not respond by asking us to call another number.
