Sound Community Bank

I love banking with Sound Community Bank. It's a small bankinh community and that's what I prefer. I banked with the larger banks but they were so impersonal and I felt just like a number rather than a person. With Sound Community Bank, I feel like a neighbor walking in to do my banking, I am always greeted with a warm and friendly hello. I trust my account to them, I would say it's stress free and I know that if I have an issue they would straighten it out right away. I haven't had any issues at Sound Community Bank like I have gone through with the bigger banks. I have peace of mind so what more could I ask for.

The entire staff at this branch is so kind to my elderly parents . I really appreciate the patience they show and I have used them for notary services also. Highly recommend!

My representative Justina was not only helpful but also patient with my trying to find out the various things we needed for my loan on my manufactured home. I highly recommend her help and knowledge!

slimy bankers just like everywhere else, my biggest issue is they have few atms so not only did they tell me they dont charge for out of service atm usage but they reimburse the atm fees and it was true for 6 months now they charge 5 bucks for every use of an out of network atm along with the atm fee, basically liars and thieves like all people at financial institutions. Also their atms are always having issues so they post a sign saying come inside, why would i come inside when a machine is better at being a banker than their tellers are and i dont want to interact with a human. Update: not 1hr after posting this and they have started calling me about my review... not cool take the hit like an adult and leave me alone CANT KEEP THE ATM AT THEIR BRACH WORKING PROPERLY 12/18 and they sti
