Taluswood Apartments

Just moved in past summer and overall, has been a good experience living here. The complex is well maintained, has decent amenities, and newly built pickleball courts. The maintenance and management teams are quick to respond and friendly. Gladys, from management, has been particularly helpful since apartment hunting to the most recent maintenance request. There’s been some issues here and there, but the teams try their best to respond quickly and professionally as possible. They’re also available all 7 days of the week.

Went for another year at Taluswood after living here since 2021. Moved to another, and Sophie made our experience as smooth and as pleasant as it's only possible. Kudos! It's an awesome place to live at. The owners have been updating a lot of things lately: administrative building and gym got remodeled, mailboxes got moved into one place for security, club house updates is work in progress. The crew and the team address issues in a very timely manner. It's quiet and convenient, the area is simply lovely, location is neat. We went to check a few other apartment complexes out of curiousity, and frankly - none could match what Taluswood offers. I was actually surprised how bad things could actually be anywhere else.

This was my first time moving, so I was feeling a little overwhelmed. Sophie was amazing and made everything feel so much easier. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to walk me through every step. I had a lot of questions, and she answered all of them clearly and kindly. The apartment is just what I was hoping for. It is in a quiet area which makes it feel peaceful and relaxing. There is plenty of parking available which has been a big plus. I am happy with the move and would definitely recommend working with Sophie to anyone looking for a new place.

My husband and I just moved in. Sophie was amazing and made everything easy. She was very professional, friendly and welcoming. She took the time to show us several different units, she was understanding as we were indecisive about which apartment we wanted. I would recommend Sophie to anyone who is looking for a new apartment.

I've lived previously at Taluswood and enjoyed it enough that when I had the opportunity to move back to the area again they were at the top of my list. The apartments have been renovated and look amazing and are very comfortable. I always found the area peaceful and quiet, far enough removed from the major thoroughfares to feel like you aren't right in the middle of the city, but close enough to everything that it's not difficult to get groceries, etc. They're also a 5 minute drive to the Park and Ride on I-5 which means getting downtown is a breeze. I worked primarily with Gladys in their leasing office (but everyone was friendly and helpful) and she was a pleasure to work with.
