Trail Run Apartments

My wife and I lived at Trail Run for two years and found it phenomenal! We would've stayed for longer but chose to move to shorten our commutes. Nestled right against a beautiful forest, the setting is peaceful and scenic—perfect for anyone who values quiet and nature. Despite the serene location, I’ve always felt incredibly safe here, and the community has a welcoming, relaxed vibe. The amenities are truly standout: the pool is pristine and never too crowded, and the free EV charging has been a huge perk—something you rarely see included. The management team is responsive and keeps the property in great shape. If you're looking for a calm, comfortable place to live with modern conveniences and a connection to nature, Trail Run is hard to beat. We highly recommend!

We lived at Trail Run for 5 years, and our experience was truly exceptional. Our property manager Brianna Brockett, and leasing office agent, Berenice Bermudez, went above and beyond from day one. They were consistently welcoming, patient and supportive with every request we had, answering always all our questions with professionalism and genuine care. The community itself is wonderful, safe, friendly, and beautifully maintained. We feel fortunate to have worked with such dedicated professionals, and we wholeheartedly recommend Trail Run with the highest rating possible. Trail Run has a fantastic facility. The amenities they have are great. And what I love most as a dog lover is the dog washing station. Most importantly, the buildings and apartments are spacious and clean. The staff there is very lovely as well. Berenice helped me on a tour. She was very accommodating as I was running late and still allowed me to have the full time for our tour. She was very knowledgeable about the property and what each unit offered. Having her made the tour very easy, outside of seeing the place, but having my questions and concerns answered. The moment I left, I put in an application. The place felt like home to say the least.

I’ve lived at Trail Run for almost two years and I couldn’t recommend the complex enough! The management team is responsive, professional, and truly cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the property is always clean and well-maintained. The amenities are a big plus — I live by the pool in the summer, love sitting by the fire pit, and use the gym regularly. They are also very dog friendly with a spacious dog park, and there’s even a town owned trail along the Hockanum River behind the complex. My unit is spacious, modern, and quiet, with great natural light and updated appliances. The community here feels safe and friendly, and the location is super convenient — close to shopping plazas and only a mile off I-84. I’m really happy to call

Cheap quality, very thin floors if you have upstairs neighbors. Management is unpleasant but made my move out quick and painless. Washing machine wasn't hooked up and flooded my apartment.
