He will spend hours at your property in order to put together a top notch inspection. His turnaround time was same day for us which was very nice because we were on a tight window. We had some questions with our inspection and Cory was able to come back out to the house to go over the report and show us exactly what he found. While at the home Cory stated he was qualified to do well and water inspections and even gave us a discount on the inspection since he was already at the house for the home inspection.
