I had a great experience working with Kayla. She’s knowledgeable regarding estates and the probate process which was very helpful. I was handling everything from out of state, and she made the whole situation surprisingly smooth. She even stepped in to help with the properties before showings since I couldn’t be there myself. Her kindness, local knowledge, and overall professionalism made me feel like I could trust both her and the process. I didn’t know much about selling a property going into this, but she explained everything clearly and always took the time to answer my questions. Her ability to market the properties well took a lot of stress off my shoulders during an already complicated probate process.

We relocated to Big Rapids from another part of the state. Julia Henderson met us at a home we had found on the Internet that was her listing, and showed us multiple additional homes in the area. Since we were coming a long way, she worked with us on the scheduling and logistics to make our trip productive.
