I would advise not renting from them due to various reasons. Not only are they far from personable, but they are extremely unprofessional as well. From unreasonable charges to lack of maintenance. Employees lack respect and dignity for their tenants. Will show up unnannounced after hours while you arent home and try and show your place without 24 hr notice. Promising you that they’ll leave a good review for future companies you rent from after leaving them once paying off balances due, yet hold it against you 5+ years later even with life circumstances changed making it extremely hard to find a new place. I have heard so many horror stories about this company aside from my own experience. Save the headache and choose elsewhere!

Never will I use these people. Had a house thar was supposed to be ours since August and then suddenly we are told nope can't have it because it goes to someone already renting from them. Never was told till then that it worked that way. Totally unprofessional. Would have been looking elsewhere if I known that. Don't believe anything is yours till you sign.

Peak Properties has been a great place to live! The prices are affordable for college living, and the staff has been great to work with. I have lived in a few different places through my time at Ferris and Peak has definitely been the best so far!

Apartment was nice and comfortable, prices were high though. My only discretion was upon move out for our security deposit return, we were charged for cleaning the carpet, which we had shampooed prior to moving out, replacement of 3 light bulbs, a smoke alarm battery, a new unused fire extinguisher (all maintenance items according to Peak Properties rental agreement contract), and re-painting the entire apartment. I would definitely watch who you sign contracts with. Most rental firms like Peak Properties want even more money from you ....even if its a few dollar light bulb. Very unprofessional.

Enjoyed renting from Peak during my time in college. The rent was reasonable at both properties I rented. Maintenance requests were handled promptly and the maintenance crew were nice! Lawn care and snow removal were included at both properties, both were stayed on top of. Many of the utilities were included in the properties I stayed at which made it even easier to rent!
