We sold some land in March and we interviewed Lori Calka Brock as a potential agent last November. Our neighbors recommended her since she sold their house in Cadillac. She was late and her Caddy looked like someone took a sledgehammer to it. We went with someone else for no other reason than she said disparaging things about other agents in the area. I draw the line when you insult competitors for your own advantage....even attacking them on her personal account on facebook. She might know a lot about real estate, but it's unprofessional to speak so negatively of others.

My husband and I purchased our first home from Rivertown Reality in 2013—something Mrs. Brock likely does not recall. This home was a fixer upper and since we have flipped/went with a different agency to sell. Because by the time we were ready to sell, Mrs. Brock had already verbally attacked my husband on multiple occasions. I would imagine it is frowned upon (and just general poor practice) to speak to previous customers in the way that she did—to quote her she stated, “you are a no one in this community and have done nothing for it” and in subsequent public posts referred to him as a POS. Aside from purchasing a home from this woman, we had no prior knowledge of her. Since then she has made it her personal vendetta to “take down” other businesses and community members. Choose wisely—

I highly recommend going to Lori on finding the perfect home for your family or land or looking to a business. Lori is honest and a very hard working women. You'll be so happy you go to lori.
