They will call your landlords and if you AT ANY POINT have a bad record, they will not accept you.

I've lived here for nine years, and this is the best apartment I've ever lived in. The grounds are well cared for, very few maintenance issues and they.are taken care of in a day or two. You can have pets ($200 deposit), service animals have no deposit required. There an is air conditioning unit in each apartment, which is very nice. The only issue I've had is that I had to move from a two to a one bedroom apartmentlast year. They had it scheduled mid-May. Had to reschedule for some reason, and set it for Memorial Day weekend. All my helpers had plans of course. They gave me three days to move out, which is the standard for changing apartments anywhere. I had to hire people and pay a lot more to move. Lived here for three years. Nothing good to say. Constant maintenance issues not getting handled. Black mold in the complex. Broken showers creating constant moisture. A poor old lady moved out the same day as me. They hooked her AC up wrong and flooded the whole apartment. Ruined all her things with water and mold. I used to recommend apple ridge but after how they handled needing basic necessities as a tenant, yikes. Save your money.

Great place to live! This place is very spacious with plenty of room for my son and I. Don't let the outside fool you the inside is gorgeous and carpeted. There are no pets allowed. The maintenance man is very friendly and came out the same day I had an issue! Don't let the reviews scare you. There are cameras here. My only gripe is that the walls are so thin and the floor creak. You can hear your neighbor above AND below you snoring, watching tv, talking (very clearly), closing a door, and everything else. The sound tends to echoes so be mindful of your neighbors.

They complain about everything. The apartment manager has certain people she listens to and if they say one bad thing about you she’ll believe it without even hearing if it’s true or not. They make it hard for you to be able to move out.
