A great place to live if you attending Ferris State University. It’s close to campus, the staff are all awesome at their jobs and make sure you have everything you need! Rent is very affordable for college students and the staff love to give back to their renters with food, prizes, and so much more! Great place to live in Big Rapids for anyone!
The property managers and maintenance are quick to act and always helpful. It’s a pretty safe area and if any issues do arise the second you mention it to staff they deal with it immediately. Rent is super affordable, apartment is shockingly nice for the price. Definitely double check the cleaning job when you move in but otherwise no complaints!
I love living here! The management is great, and they’re very prompt with maintenance and any other needs you may have. I’d recommend to anyone. Great prices too!
Great place with great people! So close to campus and never really loud! Definitely an amazing place to rent if you’re looking in big rapids!
Perfect for college students! Maintenance almost always comes in same day. When you need help with something they are very good at working with you!
