The Villager Apartments

I’ve had such a great experience at The Villager Apartments! Ashlyn has been absolutely amazing and has helped me with everything I’ve needed since day one. She made my move-in process super easy and was always quick to answer any questions I had about payments or anything else. Anytime I’ve needed to put in a maintenance request, she’s handled it right away and made sure everything got taken care of. It’s rare to find someone so professional, friendly, and dependable. Ashlyn really goes above and beyond for residents. Highly recommend The Villager, especially thanks to her!

Just moved into the Delmar 2 bed 2 bath and we love it! Very clean and very spacious. There are many different ways to play with the layout and add furniture. The kitchen is a great size and we especially love the huge pantry!! We moved here after selling our Cape cod... And this apartment is more sq footage than our house was! The staff has been so friendly and easy to work with. It's also very quiet. I can't hear the neighbors at all and the courtyard environment is very peaceful. We're so happy! Also - I have seen a lot of negative reviews about the internet here and it almost turned me off... We have had zero issues so far. The internet runs extremely fast on our smart TVs and devices. Building maintenance does everything half ass! The apartment is nice but hopefully you never have any issues! The neighbors upstairs washer was draining up through my sink and they made it sound like it was my fault then made a mess under my sink and left it for me to cleanup. Even pissed in my toilet and didn’t flush or put the toilet seat down. (I don’t live with any men)

In the first week of my new lease, my cat died. She was living at the apartment. Now I’m stuck with 60 days notice and 2 additional months rent. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Bugs inside, gutters overflowing, balcony next door looks like it’s going to fall down and FORCED to pay for WIFI I never wanted. Bad experience!

Beautiful property!! Has a very cozy feel to it, wood burning fire places and super spacious floor plans! There’s tons of amenities too like a pool, 24 hour fitness center, dog park, and community fire pit.
