Ten31 Apartments

I loved my time at Ten31! I rented between summer of 24 and summer of 25. It was a great first apartment! I am thankful for the year I spent there. You can tell the staff is working VERY hard to remake the complex. It’s fun to see the construction going on. I can’t wait to see how they grow over the next few years! The balcony was my favorite part. If I could change anything.. it’d be better plowing and remodel of the outdoor storage. Thank you for a great year!

I just came in for my tour and was greeted by Jonathan and Makaelyn. Makaelyn was the one who showed me the two apartments. She is such a sweetheart. She let me know she was knew, but I had no idea because she was doing such a fantastic job and was informative. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people that walk in. Jonathan also took the time to work with me to help me get them the info they needed for my application. I highly recommend this place. The staff are sincere and you can feel that authenticity the moment you walk through the door. :)

Had a tour scheduled for my girlfriend and myself. Both of the leasing agents were 10 minutes late.. the office was set to open at 10 which is the time they scheduled the tour and the tour of course didn’t start on time because of their tardiness ,one of the individuals didn’t even have a key to the building on them. The tour was extremely basic and no real amenities were shown. It felt very rushed and I couldn’t even tell you where the mailbox or package room was at. The model home was dirty and had bugs in the bathroom and tub… I recommend whenever scheduling people for a tour you should have your business properly setup we won’t be spending our money here and have withdrew our application.

We recently had a tour with Makaelyn she was thorough and answered all of our questions. We did not feel rushed like we did at other apartment showings in the area. Makaelyn listened to our needs/budget and showed us exactly what we were looking for. The apartments are amazing and the amenities are perfect for us. We would definitely recommend her for your apartment needs.

She truly listened to what I was looking for and paid close attention to every detail- from budget and location to layout, amenities, and overall vibe.
