My experience with Ryan Homes at Winding Creek was absolutely excellent. From start to finish, I felt supported, informed, and truly valued as a customer. Deborah, the sales rep/manager, was a true superhero throughout the process. Her attention to my needs was impeccable, and her knowledge of the homebuying process was simply exceptional. She answered all of my questions with clarity and patience, and she made sure I was comfortable and confident every step of the way. We are moving from SC to Winding Creek and Deborah Linz has been our main contact. This will be our second home built by Ryan Homes and our 6th build. So, we have many, many questions especially being down here and Deborah has been very patient with all our questions with great follow up. She took a video of our lot and sent pictures of everything we are asking about. So far this has been an extremely easy process. We are looking forward to working with Deborah and continuing down this journey of our new home. Well, we finally closed on our new home about 2 weeks ago and everything went well. The closing was seamless and perfect (especially, the new home keys in that RYAN box) was a nice touch. We have had a great experience so far with Ryan homes. Deb has been amazing and very helpful explaining the process, all the different options and helping us choose what will best fit our family. The community is absolutely beautiful to drive around. I mean who can beat the amenities, 2 pools, walking trails, playground, basketball court. My husband and I are in the process of building our second home with Ryan Homes in Winding Creek. Ryan built our first home shortly after we got married, and we lived there for over 12 years. We really loved our first home, but with the addition of our children, we wanted more space. We spent years searching for the right fit, both custom and non-custom, and we were thrilled when Ryan opened the final section in Winding Creek. It checked all our boxes: a home that had plenty of space on the main floor, storage, in a lower tax range, with appealing building materials and options. This will be our 2nd Ryan Home in about 3 years. We are very happy with our current home in the Villages of Winding Creek, but wanted to increase to a 3 car garage and slightly different floor plan. Our sales rep Deborah and her coworker Danielle have been VERY helpful and patient as we go through the choices of EVERYTHING from lot choices, materials, and options! We couldn't be more excited to experience another Ryan build and are looking forward to working with our project manager Jack who has been very good communicating and explaining all the details as we progress.
