THE RESERVE AT MILLER FARM APARTMENTS

I have now lived here for 2 years and renewed my lease for another year. My son and I are very happy living here. It’s a beautiful community, we feel safe and it’s quiet in our building. Everyone is friendly and maintenance has been attentive every time. They do a great job of keeping up with the property, it always looks nice and well kept. They often have fun events for the residents and make them kid friendly, which I appreciate. We have lived here through the renovations and it went so smoothly, and the updates were nice. We will stay residents as long as financially possible!

I've having a wonderful experience living here.The office staff is always courteous, caring, and truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued.I really like the configuration of my apartment- its well designed and comfortable. The property itself feels secluded and peaceful, and my views adds such calming, zen atmosphere to my home. The green spaces are beautifully maintained and allow me to take a safe, relaxing walks in the evening without needing a car. On top of that , the location is unbeatable- convenient yet tucked away enough to feel like a retreat. Overall, this community offers a perfect balance of comfort, nature, and excellent management. Highly recommend?

Came in for a tour and met the property manager, marrisa. They did not have a townhome available to see, so I opted out of touring today. But I was shown the amenities and the video tour. I drove through the place before stopping in and it is very well maintained. I was invited to a resident event if I join the waitlist and I plan to try to come when I’m in town next if it lines up with my schedule and meet some new people. I appreciate the time marrisa took to meet with me and be thorough even though I did not want to tour unless I could see the townhome. It appears she cares deeply for the community, current residents as well as new residents just in my brief time with her. I had a bucket full of questions and she never appeared annoyed with me. This apartments complex is the most terrible place to be. I hope people see this and it deters you!! Long story short, the employees at the leasing office are just terrible. No compassion when my father passed away and we sent an email asking for another week to pay the monthly rent. Although they don’t have to do that. But allot of money came out because we had to travel for the funeral. We got an email back saying, if we don’t pay then we will get an eviction notice and a 300 dollar fee for them to file the eviction notice. Information that Jaylon gave to us came out that allot of it was not true. So he lied to us. Two days after signing the lease my wife and I separated so we never even lived at the apartment. We asked to get out of it. They said no and we would have to pay for every mo

After my request for a duplicate set of keys was completed, Katie came over to sync my garage entrance door key to my apartment home door key so that I only need 1 key for either! Who knew?! This, among many other reasons, is why I love living on this property. Every associate here consistently goes beyond my expectations every single time.🩷
