I truly enjoyed working with The Mark Ryan Group while purchasing my first home. Nicole was patient, communicative, and always willing to work around my schedule. Even after closing, she continued to go the extra mile to make sure everything was okay. Laura was also amazing—she stayed on top of the process and made sure the seller completed necessary repairs, advocating for me and keeping everything moving smoothly. I’m very grateful for their support and dedication.

I lived at a property managed by The Mark Ryan Group for 3 years while at UC and had nothing but a great experience. I stayed at their house on Parker St, which was awesome. We hardly ever had any issues, but when we did, Laura was super quick to respond and always made sure things got fixed right away. They were great to work with, and I’d definitely recommend them to any college students looking for housing!
