Dogwood Commons

I love living in Dogwood Commons. Because it’s a 55+ neighborhood, I have so much in common with my neighbor who have become my friends. There’s something to do almost every day and at least every other evening. The management has been very professional and quick to respond to any of my needs or concerns. We are such a friendly community and genuinely concerned for one another’s welfare. I feel completely safe, living here and walking whether it’s evening or early mornings. I’m new to Ohio from Texas and I sure made the right decision by moving to Dogwood Commons. I love my condo and my view of the pond with all the wildlife and the fountain. We lived in another 55+ active community and there is no comparison. This is truly independent living just like your own home! Liz is the best! Working with us all the way. Josh is the perfect maintenance man. Always willing and able to come to our assistance. I have to pinch myself everyday that I'm not dreaming about living here. 🥰

This is an update to my original review from several months ago. It gets better. Too bad there's not a sixth star. We love our two-bedroom home on the pond at Dogwood Commons. The living area is spacious, neighbors are delightful, and the office staff are amazing! We did what most people who live here did - we downsized. In truth, it was more like "right-sizing" since we are very happy with the space. Dogwood is new. The landscape is maturing with many improvements since we first moved in. The cost of living here comports closely with what we paid as homeowners, especially if you count the amenities. Nothing has changed about our home since we moved here in 2022 and we love it still. It didn't take anytime before we were welcomed into the community as there is always something planned by Director Liz and the Residents Activities Committee. Maintenance requests are followed up quickly and completed within a reasonable amount of time depending on situation. A safe and great neighbor to walk and talk

I visit Dogwood almost daily for business. I can not tell you how great this place is! I love Liz who manages the property and Josh who is head of maintenance. Also, the residents there are wonderful too! I truly enjoy my time when I am there! They often host fun events for the residents. There is always something fun and inviting happening. Dogwood is mostly a 55+ community. Im not quite there but when I do become of age, this is where I would like to reside! The Dogwood Commons community is absolutely gorgeous!
