Normandy Club

Apartments are in great condition and very very nice. Move in process was seamless. Elena, the manager, is a pleasant person and did a terrific job helping and answering questions throughout the move in process.

My experience of living at Normandy club has been very pleasant and memorable (we made 2 kids there). The rent was on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. The community is quiet and beautiful. Whenever I do have maintenance requests, they always responded within a day, even on the weekends. When I moved out, I spent a lot of time cleaning the unit, and we got all of our deposit back. I forgot to cancel my electricity, and did have to pay for it for 20 days or so after I move out. They weren’t able to reimburse for it but it was my fault. I would strongly recommend this place to any responsible adults.

I never got to move into the property due to availability, but I did tour it. The staff there is so friendly and the property is absolutely beautiful! The apartments are very nice and well kept up with. They have plenty of amenities and is located in a great location

Normandy club has been a great place to reside thus far. They are quick to answers maintenance requests. Ekika with maintenance did a great job repairing items items in my apartment and very friendly.

I lived there from 2011 to 2013, I liked the place. The area is close to everything you want. The apartment is spacious and the appliances were good as new. I never called for a maintenance. I never had any issue with the management. Quiet neighbors however the only issue I had was my neighbor used to smoke all the time outside and the smell fills up my apartment. I didn't mind that but I was worried about my 1 year old daughter at that time. So the apartment is not airtight at all and I used to get bills around $250 in the winter for a 2 bedrooms apart. Sometimes my downstairs neighbor complains about the noise I make from just walking around my apartment or if my 2 best friends and I get together and play ps3 and laugh she comes knocking the door to ask us to keep it down.
