The Village at Overlake Station

Love living here. It's a beautiful property with really nice managers and maintenance. Our maintenance is particularly good, I think. I feel very happy and safe here and enjoy being in the courtyard. Also good for ADA because of all the elevators. Lastly, the parking is free and abundant!!

Can no longer recommend this apartment place. The lack of professionalism and competency has multiple issues since new management has taken over.

Not serious at all, every time you need help with something, you getting only excuses. The thing is when they need it they are ready to stay all day and foind you guilty. Pur management. Very disappointed

I didn’t want to leave this review, but it’s been about 8 months of dealing with a disruptive neighbor in unit C302. Many residents have complained, and we still struggle to sleep at night due to constant noise and disturbances. Unfortunately, the leasing office and landlord haven’t provided clear communication or taken meaningful action. We sincerely hope to see a real solution soon—not just words, but actions that bring peace to our community.

I’ve lived here for about five years and have had an incredible experience. The staff is truly amazing, friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From the leasing office to the maintenance crew, everyone goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, often within 24 hours (many times sooner!). The team is knowledgeable, respectful, and always shows up with a great attitude. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about the community. The property is well maintained, clean, and feels safe. I appreciate how the management keeps residents informed and creates a welcoming environment. This place really feels like home. Highly recommended.. thank you for everything!
