The Radley

I’ve been staying at this apartment complex for a while now, and overall it’s been a good experience. It’s definitely not perfect, but I would say it feels safer than most college residencies I’ve lived in or visited. The unit I live in was very clean when I moved in, and the appliances in the unit are updated, which I really appreciate. The staff has also been consistently nice and easy to work with, and any time I’ve needed something, they’ve been reliable about getting it handled. If you want a place that’s decent, comfortable, and feels safe, this is a solid option. I have been here almost two years and Im very satisfied!

This place is AMAZING!!!! It has apartments and a pool and even a parking lot. There’s also this really phenomenal worker there named, I believe, Nikki. She is truly the reason I left 5 stars. Shes beautiful, kind, and really funny. I hope all her dreams become reality! Anyways the apartments are really good.

Took a tour here recently, the host Ryan Hill was great. Good customer service friendly environment, and warm welcoming! Also the unit looks the same as shown online if not better! Prices were good considering what you get. 10/10!

DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE. This is the absolute worst residence I have ever seen. Before I say anything, and before The Radley comes at me about previous management: not a single thing has changed since management change. Sure, y’all are putting up gates. Great. People can still get in by foot. The previous manager continued to be the manager after the name change for months, only recently has he resigned. 1. I paid for amenities and utilities I was not able to use. For over 6 months, I was without walls and ceiling because of a mold problem that took far too long to be resolved. Because of the wall and ceiling removal, I could not use my stove, half of the cabinets, half of the electricity in my kitchen, and it was dirty and bugs came in because of the structure of the building being exposed

Living in The Radley has been great so far. Ryan Hill has been very professional, very helpful, and actually cares about ensuring that residents have the very best experience possible. Of course, life in a student residence can, be a bit overwhelming, but Ryan does everything in his power to ensure that everything runs as smoothly and stress-free as possible. Whether it is answering questions quickly, resolving maintenance issues efficiently, or simply being a friendly face, Ryan provides the very best service possible. It is his attitude and willingness to help that stand out. He treats residents with respect and makes you feel like you have been heard and that your feelings matter. It is clear that he actually cares about creating a welcoming and comfortable community at The Radley.
