I have been at Fountains of Edenwood to visit several of times over the past 2-3 years. Great hidden gem if you are looking for an apartment to move into! The staff are incredibly nice & are willing to hear your needs! Not to mention it is located near a few food places, stores, and grocery stores. The community is also very pet friendly. Been a resident going on 9 months now. Absolutely the best place to live! Amenities are excellent, close to food lion, Dining, and don't get me started on the office staff. Absolutely Amazing..Jan Argoe, Jasmine Gordon any time something is needed they are right on it. They truly go out of their way for their community. Love it here
After a week of being moved in, my husband and I experienced the worst night of our lives. German roaches came out of the baseboards, crevices, and anything you could imagine. The ladies at the front are nice. That's why I gave it a 1 star. The rent app doesn't seem to work. Walls are thin.
Have been living here for 2 years now. Well maintained. Great location… everything you need! Food lion, Walmart, gas stations, and many fast food and restaurants nearby. Not too far from common places like downtown Columbia, Lexington, etc.
I drove by the place and looked at all the apartments and it was definitely a place I would invest in, it seems like a very family friendly neighborhood.I have a few friends who live in the place and they love it.
