Pinewood Apartments/ Eastern Rentals Property Management LLC

As I scroll though all the reviews of this place, all I see is how friendly and nice the staff is. Well that is very far from experience I've just encountered. This was about 5 mins ago. This had to be the rudest most unprofessional person I've ever had the displeasure of talking to. He was very short toned and kept cutting me off through every question I tried to ask. I asked was there a waiting list and what sight I needed to go on to start the application. He just cut me off and said there were 5 people ahead of me and yelled "we don't have a website! " Never explaining what is was I needed to do be on the waiting list. I guess you get what you pay for. I don't know where this so-called friendly staff were today, but if that's the type of customer service you provide... I definitely fee

I've lived at Pinewood for most of a decade at this point. It's nice, quiet, the manager's don't take kindly to people disrupting that or making problems, so it seems to mostly stay that way. They've also gone out of their way to make sure that if something DOES go wrong, they take care of it fully and ASAP. It's by the train tracks, but the noise from that has never bothered me. It's small, but the price is right for it. The apartments are old, but they're solid as rocks (literally: Concrete walls). I personally love it here.

Roaches in your apartment about the size of your hand and the people working in the office aren’t always nice and the maintenance guy will open your door without asking you ....the bug spray person doesn’t do his job correctly ...have had sled here looking through people apartments at 4/5am for someone ...neighbors I have are always up to no good! Just wishing I could find a better place to live ..sometimes at night it is quiet !

I just signed my 2nd lease here. I love the people here especially Ms Bonnie and maintenance is always on check. I love my neighbors. I attend USC the noise is no bother, i can study peacefully during the day and when I come back from work around 2am it is so quiet I have no problems going to sleep. PS the kids are awesome they just love to play. After 8pm its quiet time everyone abides by it.

The office staff are the sweetest and most professional. They not only take care of any issue that you may have in your apartment but they make you feel at home. I do recommend Pinewood apartments
