⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Leasing Agent Araeya Stukes Working with Araeya during the leasing process has been an absolute pleasure. From the initial tour to finalizing the lease, she was professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough every step of the way. Every question I had was answered promptly and with such kindness and clarity. It is rare to find someone who is both so knowledgeable and so genuinely helpful. I lived at cayce cove last year and it was a horrible experience. The apartment was gross and the shuttle was never on time and constantly shut down, and half the amenities were not even able to be used until two months before I moved out, but it was cheap so this all was mostly excusable. The people who work there, however, are miserable. They were not at all helpful with anything ever, did not respond to maintenance calls in a timely manner, and were just snotty and short about everything. I tried to sublease my apartment over the summer and I was told that I could do so but I needed to pay $400 to transfer the lease which was annoying but whatever. I then was told not even a day later when I had everything together and was going in to sign the papers that I could not sublease unless the

Cayce Cove is a nice and quiet apartment complex with a helpful staff and leasing office who are willing to help you out when you need it most. Highly recommend whether you need a place to live off campus for school or just a place to live in general.

They don't clean the apartment between tenants, my room was disgusting when I moved in. There was caked hair under the bed against the wall. My mom and and I carpet cleaned my room and after 6 passes it still wasn't clean. The pool was closed for the entire first year I lived here. The shuttle driver is lovely, but the shuttle service is extremely unreliable. It doesn't work more often than it does and I've had to waste a lot of money on campus parking

Cayce Cove has been extremely slow with helping me during the lease takeover process. They stated it’s “hopeful” that someone would take over my lease, but then told me the situation is something they never dealt with when it came to the individual which is slowing down the process of lease takeover. My question is, why not move on to the next person of interest? Waiting on one person that’s not coming through can hold up the process for someone who really needs the space. I was also suggested to stop recommending people to them because it increases their call volume. They instruct me that I need to find someone to take over the lease, if I find ten people of interest, their job is to assist to see which one can do the lease takeover. The complex was not clean when I viewed the space. I ne
