Otarre Pointe Apartments

Otarre Pointe Apartment Homes has been my home for a few years and it really has been a nice place to live. The community feels peaceful and safe with a warm atmosphere that makes it easy to feel at home. The maintenance team is always so kind and quick to help with anything that comes up. The office staff are friendly and patient and they always make you feel heard when you stop by. The property stays clean the landscaping always looks nice and everything is well taken care of. It feels homie in the best way and I am honestly happy living here :)

Overall great apartment experience. Very scenic and the apartment layout is one of the best floorplans I’ve ever seen in an apartment. The kitchen and island is very spacious and gives lots of room for cooking and entertaining. The front office is always very nice and attentive when I have a question and the surrounding area is very nice. Proximity to the Riverwalk is a huge plus for walks (lit and paved walkway that goes all the way to downtown). Location is nice, it’s a quieter area with no traffic but still right off interstate for quick traveling.

I lived here for a year, and it was a good experience. The Maintenance Team was quick to respond to problems. Most of the apartment is still new, so we didn't have many problems. Only a 10-minute drive to Fort Jackson which is convenient

I don’t often leave reviews, but this place really left me with a negative taste in my mouth. I scheduled a virtual tour online, when it was time for my tour, I did not receive a call or link to join a call. So I called … 4 different times to 3 different numbers, even texted the automate number that sent the reminder. Finally someone answered, i explained to the lady that i had scheduled a virtual tour & how we can go about doing it. She proceeds to state they don’t do virtual tours, i explained to her the website gave me an option for virtual, she rudely restated they DO NOT do virtual tours. I say, the website is misleading then, but thank you, she HANGS UP on me! Terrible customer service & first impression, this is not what a potential tenant is looking for from a management team. She
