I can't wait to go there have my own place I'll be excited for the first time ever having my own place

I been on the waitlist for 5 years. And redid another application 2 years ago. I called 2 weeks ago and she told me they was under new management. Everytime i called there under new management. They dont like picking up the phone no wonder why they keep getting new managers. I have a new number i called to change. But they also have my email thats been the same for 10 years. Please do better your passing people that actually need a place and giving them to people that dont. I mean its a opportunity that no one would give up but still i shouldnt had been on the list for 5 or 2 years.

I've lived here many years. Ever since we've got new management it's turned to crap. They're disrespectful towards the tenants. The property looks horrible. There's been 3 shootings in about 2 years. That's involved with gangs and drug related. I no longer feel safe living here.

Can someone or the owner tell me.... if there's any application open to apply... is there a wait-list... has my time is coming fast my lease is up ..and me and my children need somewhere to live.. or be homeless... Is there a number for this place?...

Called the property today it’s August of 2024, the staff member that answered the phone was nice and polite and patient with my questions. However, I was told they are not accepting any applications right now there waitlist is closed due to all the applicants, currently no availability. Hope this helps anyone needing any information.
