I live in one of the houses and both of my neighbors across the streets are two old Karen’s. They are always reporting our house to the HOA for little things and one of them hit one of our cars and lied about doing it.
Live here...love it. If you are not an animal lover and have empathy for thy fellow humans...please don't buy here. We all get along and take care of each other.
The houses haven't been built 2 years, I don't think but the siding is discolored and the fences look terrible. Also, the houses are to close together.
These homes are too close together, nice homes , no footage, no yard space a house in every little spot
Nice affordable new subdivision.
