Indigo at Brickworks

I’ve had such a great experience living at Indigo at Brickworks! The apartments are modern and comfortable, the location is convenient, and the community feels very welcoming. The apartment staff is so kind, quick, and truly goes out of their way to help residents. If I weren't relocating due to a job change, Indigo would still be my home!

I’ve lived at Indigo for 1.5 years and cannot think of even one negative thing to say. Melissa and Chexbres go above & beyond. They’re super professional, kind, personable, and timely. I truly was so spoiled here. The pool was amazing, everyone uses the free coffee, and the clubhouse is great to study in. Maintenance and pest control is super prompt too. Additionally, it’s very clean and beautifully in a prime location by the riverwalk. I’ll really miss it once I move to Charlotte!

I moved into Indigo at Brickworks about three months ago and it’s been a great experience so far. The office staff is incredibly helpful and very friendly. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues that have come up. The location is great as we’re near Parkland shopping center, the Riverwalk, and other conveniences. Apartments are spacious and well furnished. It’s great having a full-size washer and dryer in my apartment. Kitchen is large and provides plenty of cupboard space. Lots of storage here as well. I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a new apartment.

Indigo at Brickworks is a great place to live. The apartments are high end, location is great, and the amenities are well kept and very accessible. The staff is also incredible at handling any necessary accommodations in a very timely manner. I would recommend this spot for anyone looking to live in the Columbia/Cayce area.

Toured this apartment a couple weeks ago with Brianna, she did amazing. Extremely informative, I felt welcomed, this place seems like a really great place to live.
