The Palisades at Legacy Oaks

I had a really great experience with the team here. They were extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, they were patient and took the time to explain things clearly. What stood out the most was how supportive and attentive they were. It’s clear they truly value the people they work with and go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and helped. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Living here has been a great experience. The staff is very supportive to all the residents. I cherish the peace and quiet so much that I don’t want to open the door for people that could disrupt that to move here. However, I highly recommend this community and this has been my favorite community I have lived in so far.

If I could give it zero stars I would. It is not luxury, it is not worth 1600 dollars. LOOK AT THEIR BBB RATING FOR SOUTHWOOD REALTY. My baby literally had respiratory and skin issues while living there and he is only 4 months old. If you move there you will deal with the following: - Black mold. We had mold reoccur from July 2024, august 2024, October 2024 and April 2025. Nothing was properly done about it. We moved out in May 2025 and the mold was coming out of the front door. - Pest control does nothing. You will pay a fee for pest control and trash. Pest control literally comes and just spray a concoction at the front door and the balcony door if you get a unit with the balcony. We had spiders, millipedes and a mouse. They did not do any especially about the mouse. They just put two mo

I really like the peace and quiet I feel in this new home; they are very beautiful, spacious, and clean—100%.
