The Osprey Apartments

Moving into The Osprey Apartments has been such a smooth and positive experience! From the very beginning, Josh in the rental office went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. He was professional, patient, and always quick to answer any questions I had. The entire process, from the application to move-in—was stress-free thanks to his guidance and support. I’m happy with my new place. I truly appreciate the level of service and care Josh provided. If you’re considering making The Osprey your new home, you’ll be in great hands!

Lived here for 3 years. Terrible Living experience. I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE. The managers do not care about you, all they care about is money. The maintenance team is absolutely atrocious. you could be living with mold for a year and they couldn’t care less. Between all the leaks, vinyl flooring “that should last 7-10 years” coming up and them charging you for you it, and the maintenance team using the cheapest materials they could find. I would rather live in a cardboard box. Everyone in the office has an attitude. If you decide to live here, i hope you are ready for attitude and unlivable conditions. Take your money elsewhere.

I moved out and thry are trying to charge me for a refrigerator that work perfectly fine... I have pics of when I moved out and they still havent made any changes to what I owe them even afyer they promised to ... im going to try and locate the property owner and see what I can get worked out with them..

I have been living at The Osprey for about 6 months now. I have a background in property management, so my expectations are very high. With my experience so far, I would have to say they have exceeded my expectations. The service team and office staff are very pleasant. They have always had a quick response to my maintenance concerns. The one time I waited was when they were waiting on a part for my washer. The part never arrived but they made up for it by replacing my whole unit. I previously had a small size stackable washer and dryer but the one they replaced it with is much bigger. I can wash more loads. I’m happy to call The Osprey Apartments my new home. I love my apartment. It’s so cozy. If you are second guessing, I would say go for it, you won’t be disappointed.

Hello I want to share my experience from the beginning. I met Josh and he was wonderful! He helped me get my lead me to where to put my application in and the next day he called me with great news that I had been approved for my new apartment home. It was beautifully renovated and everything was just as the pictures. Josh has treated me and mine like family since day one and has been consistently honest and respectful and immediately responds to me and is always available when I call the office to answer any questions that I have. I’m looking forward to living in my new apartment home especially knowing that Josh is here to support me and my family when we are in need of his attention.
