Beware of consistently noisy neighbors. The former tenants above me had a child who would jump, bang and scream all hours of the night. Now, I currently have a banging/blasting of audio issue above me. The rent should reflect the quality of living. As an adult who has to work, it’s EXTREMELY inconvenient to always have to lose hours of sleep, with lack of resolution to the issue I address time, and time, and time, and time again.

Dec 23 2300: The access door on the side of the common areas of building 713 is stuck triggered. The lock is stuck unlatched. Nov 28 2025 1940 Neighbor in unit 122 at building 809, your amazon package is getting miss delivered to unit 122 at building 713. Noticed this packaged yesterday and it was placed in front the mailboxes (on the ground), but someone keeps placing it back at unit 122 at building 713. The amazon package is back at the mailboxes secured behind the access door. I will take it over to building 809. Unit 122 at building 809, your package was moved to building 809. - Unit 122 at building 713. Upscale, clean, beautiful ❤️❤️❤️ No longer clean and beautiful After living here 4 years I am getting annoyed with lazy, dirty neighbors. They leave trash on the ground, smoke drugs in the parking lot, and have no regard for peace and quiet. I have seen drug paraphernalia laying on the parking lot. I have contacted management several times but nothing has changed. Police can't help because it is private property. What was once nice, is now being taken over by a few idiots. Cleaning up their mess is rewarding bad behavior and promotes continuity of their filth. Sad...

I have had no issues with this apartment complex. I love the fact that when I call the office someone always answers, and no matter who I speak to, they are always pleasant and address any needs or concerns. My maintenance guy, DJ, is amazing. He always explains what he's doing and goes above and beyond to take care of any issues I maybe having. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and always gives me advice to prevent any further issues. Truly grateful for such an amazing staff!

DJ is the best maintenance person that I have ever dealt with!! He is prompt, professional, and knowledgable! He works on an issue until he finds a solution!!! But also, he is so nice, polite, and always pleasant! I will also say that the office staff is wonderful! Quickly takes care of your issue, goes the extra mile and makes sure you are satisfied!
