I just moved in and so far its been great!! I love my new home!! The customer service was been above standard ever since I started looking at apartments 2 years ago. I went to other locations in the Aberdeen area, but it was ultimatley Kayla Scott's customer service that drew me here! She was amazing to work with and found me the best apartment, just for me!!! She made an impression on me when I walked in; a warm greeting and answered all my questions professionally. Far better greeting than I received at the other apartment complexes. Keith was also great. The emails he sent after my first couple of visits kept The Legend on my mind...his consistency paid off! Also, on my walk thru Kristina helped make it a great experience. My partner and I moved to The Legend at Beards Hill Apartments in December 2024, and as a first-time renter, I can genuinely say the experience has been exceptional. I want to extend my appreciation especially to the property manager, Kristina, and the assistant manager, Vanessa. They have been my main points of contact. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help have made all the difference. Their care for residents is truly felt, and it’s a major reason we plan to stay here longer. I just want to share my appreciation for the wonderful team here at The Legend At Beards Hill. Vanessa Coates, made the application process very seamlessly. When I came to visited I was welcomed by Kristina, with a warm smile and a kind greeting. She was leaving for the day, but she still took time to give me information about the property. That went a long way in my book. Even when I called to check the status of my application the young lady Kayla, that’s in the office was informative throughout the process. With that being said .. From start to finish, Val, Vanessa, and Kayla were incredibly helpful throughout our entire leasing process. If you are looking for a new place, I highly recommend this complex. The apartments themselves are stunning with premium upgrades that you don't always find elsewhere.
