The web page explains nothing. Just empty typical self aggrandizing schlocky marketing for corporate real estate. For one thing, you can post the rent you charge and hold to it. Stop citing "fair market". Everyone knows it is fair, if it where working people wouldn't be homeless; additionally, it is established that what is considered fair in the real estate business is based on arbitrary ideas of what is considered profit. People no longer have the patience for corporate real estate attempting to hide the bad motives of greed as exampled with vague and non-descript websites that simply boast and brag about imagined charitable actions.

I lived here seven years loved everyone from tenants to management, great place and I highly recommend it for seniors living environment.

I visited with a friend to see her dad. We also had game night and Movie Night. Lovely air-conditioned lobby and activity room with kitchen.
