It was a wild ride, but I was happy in the end… I got a letter from this organization to refinance my home. The offer sounded good so I accepted and began the paperwork. I was promised a certain amount on my escrow refund but by the time the check arrived it was $600 short. This obviously left me very upset. So I called the Loan Liaison Office Ashley (who was fantastic throughout this whole operation) and told her about my scruples she said she would look into it. The very next day a very nice manager named Mike called me and explained the error and told me that I would be issued the remaining funds within a few days. This is why I respect this company. They made a mistake, owned up to it, and made it right in quick order. I respect that.
Danny did a great job. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything to me. Not only the numbers but what they meant and how they calculated them. I appreciate the extra time it took to walk me through what, for me is a very complicated and stressful process! I interacted with Ashley from his office and both times were pleasant and professional. She did a great job.
We bought a new build house in December 2023 at 7.5% interest rate. We were able to refinance with Credence Funding and get a 5.2% interest rate and everything was done in 3 weeks because of Credence Funding. Patrick Phillips helped us along the way, and was very knowledgeable, patient, kind, and professional. I would definitely recommend this company for your financial needs. Thanks again Patrick!!!😊
